Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei said on the proposal to postpone negotiations on Donbass in Minsk.
According to Makei, Belarus has not asked for it as a platform for negotiations on the Donbass, said on the website of the foreign Ministry.
According to him, the leaders of the Norman Quartet expressed the request to President Alexander Lukashenko to host the meetings to resolve the conflict.
