During Friday, January 19, in the area of ATO in the Donbas the militants twice opened fire on positions of Ukrainian army – no one was injured or killed.
This is stated in the summary of the press center of staff ATO.
“At the Lugansk direction, even in the middle of the night, the enemy intensified at Svetlodarsk arc and broke the cease fire near Luhansk. Near this settlement, the militants fired 82-mm mortars. Also near the village of Luhansk illegal armed groups staged a brief attack from small arms. In other areas of our defense of violations of silence regime not recorded,” – stated in the message.
Meanwhile , the OSCE reported about escalation of the conflict in the Donbas.
