Ukrzaliznytsia has resumed the service of a return ticket online

Today, January 19, return ticket on the train again. The corresponding service resumed “Ukrzaliznytsya”.

This was announced acting head of the shipping company Evgeny Kravtsov.

“Today has resumed service refund of e-tickets via the Internet. The suspension of this function – it was a temporary necessary stepthat we have protected our clients from artificial scarcity and speculation in tickets during new year and Christmas holidays. Such action is an operational point, and response measures”, – said Kravtsov.

He promised that “Ukrzaliznytsia” will increase the possibility of online ticketing system.

“Our goal is to make online services functional and travel – affordable and comfortable. To do this, expanding the possibilities of online ticketing system, assigned new and additional trains. After all, rail transport remains the most popular in Ukraine. During the winter holidays (22.12.2017 – 11.01.2018) trains traveled 2.4 million passengers, more than the same period last year on 96.2 thousand persons”, – said Kravtsov.
