“It is a daily violation of the silence and the constant shelling of Ukrainian settlements and military positions, killing our soldiers and civilians negates the Minsk agreement, and not the law of reintegration,” added Gerashchenko.
According to her, the Minsk agreements are recorded in other legislative acts adopted by the Parliament, in particular, it progolosuvav in the first reading amendments to the Constitution and the law on local self-government in certain districts voted in September 2014, March 2015 and prolonged in October 2017, and the Amnesty law from September 2014.

As previously reported, on Thursday, January 18, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on de-occupation of Donbass “On peculiarities of state policy on ensuring state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.” Before that, the deputies two days was considered about 600 edits to the document.
