Groisman said that the government will give land of the United territorial communities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is ready since February to start the process of transferring land outside the boundaries of settlements in property United territorial communities.

This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman, reports “Government portal”.

“United territorial communities now control the territories within their settlements. But the head of the GSS put the question to the lands beyond the settlements to pass the control. We found a solution. I will give instructions to Derzeitiger to take all the land if it”, – he stressed.

According to the Prime Minister, since February, the community can plan your site.

“Since February, we begin the process of transferring land outside the boundaries of settlements in the property (the Commons),” – said Groisman.

We will remind, in December 2017 deputies continued the moratorium on selling agricultural land in Ukraine. A ban on the sale or alienation by another method of agricultural land is valid until January 1, 2019.
