A suspect in the killing of a military at the restaurant of Kiev arrested for two months

The citizen of Azerbaijan suspected of killing 21-year-old soldier Mat, arrested for two months.

The corresponding decision on Monday, February 5, adopted Dniprovskiy district court of Kiev, reports the press service of capital prosecution.

With the petition for arrest of the suspect appealed the local Prosecutor’s office of Kiev N4. She demanded the intruder no alternative measures of restraint in form of detention.

Remind, the murder occurred on the night of February 1 at restaurant in Kiev. During the conflict that arose between the two groups, one of men snatched out a knife and stabbed in the neck with a 21-year-old soldier who was there during off-duty hours. After the murder, the attacker fled the scene.

Militiamen identified the personality of the suspect – it was them 31-the summer citizen of Azerbaijan. He was detained on Saturday, February 3. The man announced suspicion of intentional homicide.
