Saakashvili appealed against the court decision regarding the refusal of refugee status
The leader of the “Movement novih forces,” Mikheil Saakashvili filed a cassation appeal against the decision of the Kyiv administrative court of appeal regarding non-receipt of refugee status in Ukraine.
It is reported by Gromadske with reference to the lawyer Saakashvili Paul Bogomazov.
“I submitted an appeal for Saakashvili regarding the status of the person in need of complementary protection”, — he said.
This procedural step allows Saakashvili to continue to stay legally on the territory of Ukraine.
