Meeting of the core group of the Munich security conference could be held in October in Belarus.
This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of the Republic, Vladimir Makei in his interview to the Belarusian TV channel STV, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
According to him. Today Belarus is a place where you can gather people from different conflict regions.
“I am convinced that this meeting, if it takes place on the Belarusian soil, will also contribute to the reduction of tension, confrontation, which today, unfortunately, present in our region,” – said the Minister.

Mackay explained that the meeting of the core group of the Munich security conference is a gathering of leaders, politicians, political figures, public figures in a proprietary format.
“About 70-80 people gathering and discussing the most pressing concerns now”, he added.
Earlier in Munich the Minister of defence of Estonia noted that Ukraine should go to the NATO membership.
