The Prosecutor’s office is investigating the disappearance of foreign students in Kiev as “incitement to suicide”

The Prosecutor’s office of Kiev opened criminal proceedings on the fact of suicide of 19-year-old student from Turkmenistan.

The investigation is underway under article 120 part 1 of the Criminal code – “incitement to suicide”.

”Published in mass media of information on such a thing the girl was able to push the difficulties that had occurred to her while studying at the University, as well as due to disagreements with his leadership,” – said the press service of the Prosecutor’s office.

As reported in Department, the girl disappeared on January 30 this year, when she was last seen in the walls of the University. Then the law-enforcers opened criminal proceedings – “premeditated murder”.
