“After several years of funding for the APU at the level of 5-6% of the state Budget, we were able to revive the Ukrainian army. We can say that Ukraine now has one of the most effective armies in Europe,” – said the head of state. “Expect Stepan Poltorak and Viktor Muzhenko appointed commander of the combined forces, approve the regulations on joint operations headquarters, to clarify the strategic intent of the use of the APU in accordance with the law, which comes into force”, – the President added.
