Resident stand-up shows have become well-known Ukrainian artists Andrew Kolachevsky and Natalia Garipova, who wittily joked about the differences in the thinking and life of men and women. That is why KAN Development decided to surprise the residents and make a fun evening for lovers in the format of stand-up. Residents Tetris Hall appreciated the talent of the performers and a standing ovation, responding to their funny and witty stories.

The cycle of thematic evenings in Tetris Hall began the event “Jazz in Kiev” with Aleksey Kogan – the best jazz musicians of Ukraine. Such a Union of life and high isskustvom delighted the residents of the complex, so KAN Development brought to life another art experiment: in conjunction with the Lera Litvinova Gallery opened an exhibition of paintings by Ukrainian artist Andrew Figala, one of the most significant representatives of the school of impressionism, known around the world.

Leonora Yanko, Director of the gallery, art historian and curator, commented: “This idea we borrowed from our international experience. The luxury homes Manhattan, Berlin etc. has become a tradition to open the domestic art zones, and a private gallery with collectable art objects. Classic gallery space requires the unification of viewer and the art object. At the same time, such projects represent the interaction of the reality of the modern world with a collector’s art”.
