If “Gazprom” will not pay the court may enforce – KOBOLEV

At the same time, the head of “Naftogaz” noted that there is a need in the near future to enter into negotiations with “Gazprom” on matters in which arbitration has not made decisions in favor of Ukraine. In particular, the enforcement of contracts in accordance with the new Ukrainian legislation.

Thus, the contracts must be translated with the Ukrainian operator of GTS, however while “Gazprom” refuses to work with the operator and insists on continuing to work with the “Naftogaz”. Arbitration also did not support the requirement of “Naftogaz” to revise the tariff for gas transit.

The Stockholm arbitration court satisfied the claim of “Naftogaz” for compensation for undelivered “Gazprom” volumes of gas for transit.
