New LCD Republic is made for active people – Igor Nikonov


This was told by Director General of KAN Development Igor Nikonov and lead architect Archimatika Dmitry Vasilyev at the presentation of the project on 28 February at the business center IQ.

Speakers provided the public with the concept of a new residential quarter that has implemented the entire experience of the company KAN gained over 18 years of age. “We create an environment where people communicate, develop, play sports, learn, learn, tear new. All that is necessary to modern man for a active and dynamic life we are joined in one project,” said Igor Nikonov.

The new LCD will be sports oriented: two football fields, two basketball, a children’s field. Field pelota – new to the sport. “All the equipment you can take free rent and use as you want. Equipment will be purchased much. There are special rental places in which residents will be able to get anything you want”, – said Igor Nikonov.

“The residents of br will not have to travel far to take children to kindergarten or school, on the sports section, to go family to a picnic or to send a parcel in the mail. All this is at hand”, – said Igor Nikonov.

But transport the residents will not have problems, metro station “Teremki” – 4 minutes on foot and public transport. Also very close is the Airport “Kiev”. And further, in the LCD will run public transport.

KAN Development (KANG development) – a development company which heads the group of partner companies involved in the implementation of real estate projects of different scales and levels of complexity. Together with its partners the company is developing more than 15 projects at various stages of implementation.

The project group Archimatika was founded in 2005 by architects Dmitry Vasilyev and Alexander Popov. During the work of the company was designed architectural objects with a total area of more than 2.5 million square meters.
