The total amount of public and publicly guaranteed debt in the hryvnia in this period decreased.

Public and publicly guaranteed debt of Ukraine in February in dollar terms increased by $ 0,54 billion, or 0.71%, at $ 76,76 billion reported by the Ministry of Finance.

The total amount of public and publicly guaranteed debt in the hryvnia in this period decreased by 66,33 billion, or 3.1 %. The amount of debt decreased to 2,069 trillion UAH.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that last year, GDP exceeded forecasts and grew by 2.5 %. In particular, at the end of 2017-year growth is 2.5% (previous rate – 2,2%), and by the end of 2016 and 2.4% (instead of 2.3%). Accordingly, it decreased the ratio of government and government-guaranteed debt up to 71,8%.
