The MP is hiding from the prosecution.
On the website of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine has information on search people’s Deputy from “Opposition bloc” Bakulina Eugene. His arrest allowed by the Verkhovna Rada.
Provided that he is hiding from the prosecution. Date of disappearance is stated on 19 March 2018. The MP is a suspect under article 191 part 5, article 366, part 2, article 255, part 1, article 209, part 3. The measure was not applied.
We will remind, on February, 16th the public Prosecutor signed the documentspertaining to possible abuses, Bakulina in the case of so-called “towers Boyko”. Himself the politician was in a hospital. Bakulin is suspected of embezzling almost a billion hryvnia.

He is involved in two criminal cases. One of them is the misappropriation of the funds of PJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” in the amount of almost half a billion hryvnia. Second – appropriation of funds “Chernomorneftegaz”. According to the Prosecutor General, Bakulin was involved in a criminal organization of ex-President Yanukovych.
