The first phase of the process to eliminate debt has started to work.

The Ministry of justice has established a mobile unit for the elimination of arrears of wages. They began work in the most problematic regions of Ukraine.

As stated by the Deputy Minister of justice Svetlana Glushchenko, on April 2, these groups are working in Kharkov, the Dnieper river, Kryvyi Rih, Mariupol, Trecce and Severodonetsk. “Until the end of April of the same mobile groups will work in Rivne, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Kherson. Mobile teams will conduct regular verification of the status of implementation of court decisions regarding the remuneration of enterprises,” – said the official of the Ministry of justice.

Glushchenko said that the work of the same mobile groups proved effective previously, so this practice it was decided to apply to the debtors under the payment of wages. Therefore in the region have established headquarters for the coordination, monitoring and control over implementation of decisions on the recovery of arrears of wages and other payments connected with labor relations. The Deputy Minister of justice in the Executive service Sergiy Shklyar said that they will act in all the main territorial Department of justice. These headquarters will interact with state organizations, bodies, DFS, police, labour Inspectorate, etc., and will also conduct outreach and workshops with employees of bodies of state Executive service on the application of legislation regarding the improvement of the procedure for the enforced collection of arrears of wages.
