The decision of the Supreme court is not appealable.
The Supreme court of Ukraine rejected the complaint of lawyers ex-the President of Georgia and former head of the Odessa regional state administration, and nowadays the party leader “Movement new forces,” Mikheil Saakashvili on its legal status following the deprivation of Ukrainian citizenship. This was stated by lawyer Ruslan Chernolutsky.
The decision was accepted by cassation administrative court Supreme court. Saakashvili denied the status of a person who requires additional protection. Earlier, similar decisions were taken by the District administrative court of Kyiv and Kyiv appeal administrative court, which refused to recognize illegal and to cancel the decision of the office of the State migration service of Ukraine in Kiev region.

Chernolutsky believes that this decision was made with violations. “The court did not consider it necessary to call the lawyers Saakashvili for professional protection of their rights, and considered the dispute without summoning the parties at a preliminary meeting,” – said the lawyer. He said that this gives grounds to speak about the lack of transparency in this matter and the possible prejudice in the actions of the servants of Themis. Given this, the protection of Saakashvili intends to defend their rights in the European court of human rights.
