As a result, the bill received a majority of votes.

Today, April 3rd, the Supreme Rada has cancelled the e-Declaration for social activists-fighters. The deputies did not support neither the bill nor the bill introduced by the faction of the “Batkivschyna”.

They are voted 157 deputies and 156, respectively.

Note that the required minimum of 226 votes.

After the rejection of the parliamentary and presidential drafts, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy tried several times to include in the agenda of the session consideration of the other bills regarding the Declaration.
