Net profit of Ukrainian companies for the last year is more than 39 billion.

By the end of 2017, the net income of “Naftogaz of Ukraine” made by 39.33 billion – almost 1.5 billion U.S. dollars.

This writes enkorr, citing a government source.

In 2016, the profit of Naftogaz amounted to UAH 26.5 billion. That is the year it increased by 48%. The financial results are confirmed by the auditor who checked the accounts of “Naftogaz” as a separate legal entity (not group companies).

The payment of dividends by year-end 2017, the government plans to invest 30% of net profit, or UAH 11.8 bn. 45% of the profit, or 17.7 billion UAH are planned to remain Unallocated, 20% or UAH 7.9 billion will be spent on the development and 1.97 billion UAH (5%) – to the reserve capital.

Note that last year the income of “Naftogaz” is almost equal to the profit of the Russian “Gazprom“, which reported a profit of 100.3 billion rubles – that is, 1.63 billion dollars.
