This was announced by the Deputy mayor Pyotr Panteleyev.
“The hydraulic pressure test is a necessary process, because it allows you to repair the damage of the weakest sections of heat networks and reduce the level of accidents at the start of the heating season. However, the tests are carried out in conditions when networks no coolant, so disabling services hot water can not be avoided. This year we started testing earlier than usual,” he said.

The official noted that the works are carried out earlier than usual, because the number of boilers in Kiev, Shevchenko str, Podolsky, goloseyevsky, Obolonskiy, part of the Darnytsia and Pechersk district to enter into contract on gas supply.
