The offender of the Deputy declared wanted, if not delay until the end of the day.

Police opened two criminal proceedings on the fact of beating of people’s Deputy Mustafa Nayem in the center of Kiev on Monday, April 30.

This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the National police – the chief of the Moscow Main Department of the national police Andrey Krishchenko.

“After the MP passed the examination in the hospital, he set injuries, therefore is additionally initiated another criminal proceedings according to article 122 “Intentional moderate bodily injury”, – he said.

According to Krishchenko, now militiamen establish the whereabouts of another active participant in the incident that after the conflict fled.

“If in the course of the day a suspect is not apprehended, he will be declared the state wanted,” – said the head of the Kiev police.

The investigative Department of Shevchenkovsky police Department M. of Kiev began criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides for the attackers to four years of imprisonment.
