In Kiev and Metropolitan area deteriorated weather conditions. There is a strong wind and rain, the temperature dropped below 12 degrees above zero.

Eyewitnesses post photos littered with trees.

In particular, the activist Alexey Gritsenko shared on the page in Facebook photo from the Patton alley near the Avenue of Truth, where the wind fell the tree. He also published a similar photo from under the town of Bucha in the Kiev region.
