The Minister of economy of Germany, Peter Altman on Sunday evening, may 13, arrived in Kiev. The Ukrainian capital is the first stop in a two-day tour of the German Minister. After Kiev Altmar will visit Moscow.

Before leaving Berlin, the Minister said that during his meetings in Ukraine and Russia intend to agitate for “the overall concept in the field of energy policy.”

“The goal of this trip is, in a tense and complex international situation, the clarification of economic issues, given the power and business”, – said Altman, quoted by the dpa news Agency.

In particular, it is about ensuring energy supplies to Europe, the Minister added. According to him, this “General concept” of the EU, Russia and Ukraine would have to learn to live.
