The government decree contains projections to 2021.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft three-year budget resolution to 2019-2021 years.

The relevant draft resolution “On Main directions of budgetary policy for the years 2019-2021” was registered in Parliament on Thursday, may 16 (No. 8357), UNIAN reports.

According to the document, the government expects an acceleration of economic growth in Ukraine to 2019 of 3.6%, the reduction of inflation to 6.5% and the average annual hryvnia exchange rate at the level of 30.5 UAH/USD.

The budget deficit in 2019 is projected at 2.2% of GDP.

Thus in 2020 and 2021, the growth is projected respectively at 4% and 6.3%, inflation at 5% and 4.8%, the average annual hryvnia exchange rate – 31,4 UAH/USD. and 31.8 UAH/USD. Limit the size of the budget deficit in 2020-2021 years is expected to reach 2% of GDP.

In addition, the size limit of the public debt in 2019 is projected at 56% of GDP in 2020 54% 2021 53%.

As previously reported, the Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman expects a sharp increase in the average wage until the end of 2018.
