Defenders eks-heads of DFS have used the norm of the criminal procedure code.

The trial of former Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov may be delayed for two years.

About it in interview to the program “Tomorrow,” said the head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky, reports “Ukrainian truth”.

Holodnitsky noted that the court session takes place once a month, and reading 30 pages at a time — the case would be heard at least 20 months.
