The Minister has told, who, in his opinion, in any case should not receive leniency.

Arsen Avakov said that militants who killed civilians and Ukrainian military should not get Amnesty.

“We need to talk about Amnesty, but not for those who killed civilians and our military”, – he wrote.

He noted that it is necessary to pass the bill according to which no Amnesty will not affect people, “on whose hands the blood of civilians,” or those who fought against the Ukrainian military.

Earlier Avakov told how to punish collaborators after the de-occupation of Donbass. The Minister believes that the law must be taken before liberation of the occupied territories. “Collaboration cannot be left without punishment. But the punishment must be selective and multiple levels”, – said Avakov.
