“This is a victory. The Victory Of Ukraine. The victory of the Ukrainian people. My victory as President of Ukraine. The victory of the Ukrainian Parliament headed by Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Parubiy. The victory of the Ukrainian government headed by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman. I think that today is historical. Congratulate you all. And want just like human beings to thank for a very good gift for the fourth anniversary of my presidency,” said he, adding that this decision is also a victory for each people’s Deputy of 315 who voted for his bill.

“I want to appeal to candidates-Ukrainians, who represent the people of Ukraine, the judiciary, the profession, scientists – don’t be afraid to participate in the contest. Serve Ukraine.
