Yuri Hrymchak has previously worked in various positions in the Donetsk region.

The Deputy Minister of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons Yury Grymchak can lead the Donetsk regional civil-military administration after the resignation of Paul Zhebrivsky.
