The Supreme Court recognized the legitimacy of the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the case against the airport “Boryspil” for abuse of monopoly position.

For this “Borispol” has imposed a fine of more than 12 million 780 thousand hryvnias.

As noted, the abuse of the airport was unjustified refusal in obtaining certificates of conformity for the implementation of airport activity and delays during approval of internal documents, LLC “Interavia”. In addition, Boryspil set unreasonable charges for use of airport infrastructure.
