In effect the rules of rounding.

From 1 July in Ukraine begins to act rounding rules when calculating cash. This is similar to the national Bank of Ukraine.

In the absence of coins of small denominations to the buyer or the seller in the calculation must be rounded change. While non-cash payments this rule does not apply.

Rounding rules based on arithmetic rules:
– if the settlement amount ends in 1, 2, 3, 4 cents – it is rounded to 0 to decrease the amount;
– if the settlement amount ends in 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 cents – it is rounded to 0 in the direction of increasing the amount.
