Recall the Metropolitan municipal enterprise “Kievteploenergo” which now is engaged in the supply to consumers of hot water and heat instead of a private “Kyivenergo” billionaire Rinat Akhmetov, has filed a lawsuit against “Naftogaz” with the requirement to enter into contracts for the supply of gas.

As you know, “Naftogaz” refuses to provide “Kievteploenergo” gasuntil I get all the debts “Kyivenergo”. Because of this, the capital has created a complex situation with hot water.
