The European court of human rights has satisfied the petition of the Ukraine and joined the case against the Crimea and the Donbass.

This was stated by the Deputy Minister of justice Ivan Hazel in Facebook.

“The ECHR agreed with our petition and combined production for interstate applications concerning violations of the ECHR by Russia in two major production: in relation to the Crimea and the Donbass. So, instead of five cases against Ukraine, Russia is left with three (a statement regarding the removal of children from the Donbass in Russia were in manufacturing)”, – he wrote on the social network.
