Special monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded the arrival from Russia in the occupied part of Donbass convoy of trucks and support vehicles. Observers report that the Russian convoy of 17 cars arrived in the morning to the border crossing point “Donetsk” (Russian Federation), where he was checked by the Russian border guards and customs officers.

“The convoy consisted of 11 trucks and 6 support vehicles including one ambulance. On all trucks bore the inscription “Humanitarian aid from Russian Federation”, and on the support vehicles sign MOE”, – reported in the SMM. Also it said that the Ukrainian side visual observation of the trucks carried three border guards and two customs officers, but they were not able to enter the cargo space of the machinery and to check its contents.
