This is stated in the decision of the Supreme court.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov is still unable to regain Ukrainian pension. The Supreme court dismissed his application.
This is stated in the court decision published in the register of court decisions. The statement in the Supreme court Azarov filed almost a year ago, when lower courts also refused him.
Pension Azarov was arrested in January 2016, however, the Podolsky district court of Kyiv obliged the Pension Fund to resume payments to fugitive. In October of the same year, Azarov deprived of pensions, the court of Appeal. Since then the Prime Minister tried unsuccessfully to regain payments.
We will remind, in April of this year, Azarov said that he lives in Moscow on savings.
