The attacker fled after the attack.

In Kiev, Bolshaya Vasylkivska near one of the restaurants unknown a man was shot.

This was reported in the capital Department of communication of the police.

According to preliminary data, the attacker shot the man, and when he fell – took a few shots and fled. Law enforcement officers seized at the scene shell casings, presumably from a Makarov pistol.

As of 18:20 it became known that the injured man died from his injuries in the hospital. The identity of the victim established that he is born in 1988

Now, investigators opened criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 115 (Premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, are the circumstances and motives of the crime.

In Kiev introduced an operational plan for search and arrest of the shooter, according to witnesses, is a man with Caucasian appearance, 30-35 years old, wearing a black jacket.

We will remind, earlier on Obolonska waterfront in one of the restaurants, the restaurant’s owner opened fire on the visitors, as a result, one person was killed and another was injured. Subsequently, the man confessed to the crime.
