Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman has promised to allocate UAH 12 billion for the restoration of Donbass. The Prime Minister wants to revise existing programmes of assistance to the region, according to a story TSN.19:30.

He explained that the money is needed for new housing construction, development of roads and crossings, repair of schools, hospitals and sports facilities. And this should be done comprehensively, he said. In his opinion, the implementation of solely targeted projects should belong to the past.
