Cargo sent in the first week of August.

August 1-8 from Kherson to Kiev by the Dnieper river will send 500 tons of watermelons.

“Negotiations of the General Director of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy with the President of the cooperative “southern Union” Alexander Sinenko, during which it was agreed that August 1-8, during the optimum ripening Kherson watermelons will be sent to the season’s first non-self-propelled ship with 500 tons of sweet berries. But already on 15 August the first batch of watermelons will be delivered on the shelves of shops in the capital”, – reported in “NIBULON”.

We will remind, last year the barge on the Dnieper river in the capital brought watermelons. Barge with watermelons became a meme in social networks and its move followed a media. Last year the barge rescued the situation with prices – the price of watermelons has grown rapidly and broke the historical record.
