On Tuesday, July 31, the Ukrainian ombudsvumen Lyudmila Denisova in the Kiev region visited Bogazkoy penal colony No. 85. There is now convicted in Ukraine for terrorism the citizen of Russia Alexey Sadikov, which is in the list of Russian ombudsvumen Tatiana Moskalkova.
“But since the agreement the presidents of Ukraine and Russia on the unhindered visits were suspended, at the request Moskalkova, I personally visited Sadikova. His health and conditions of detention are satisfactory. But, according to the doctor of the colony, Alexei needed an emergency operation,” – said ombudsvumen on the page in Facebook.

During a monitoring visit to the colony to Denisova asked one of the convicts, who said that he was sentenced illegally.
“In one of the buildings roof leaks. A repair that should have been done after the last monitoring still continues. Most prisoners missing passport. Accordingly, the employment contracts with them was not. In fact, people work for free,” wrote Ombudswoman.
