“As a result of reorganisation of PJSC “MTB Bank” will become the legal successor of all rights and obligations of PJSC CB “Center” in respect to its customers, partners, contractors. PJSC “MTB Bank” in succession will enter into all the rights transferred to it the assets and will acquire the debtor’s obligations to creditors (depositors) for the transferred obligations without the necessity of amending the relevant agreements,” – said in the national Bank.
