More than a quarter of Ukrainians working get paid more than 10 thousand hryvnia – state statistics service

The index rose almost 10% compared to last year.
In Ukraine increased the number of workers who receive wages of more than 10 thousand hryvnia. The number of these working people have achieved a 26.8% while last year this figure was 17%. Such information as of June this year, leads the Cabinet, citing data from the state statistics service.
It is also noted that reduced the number of people who receive “minimal” – now 7.4% against 9% a year earlier. And the minimum wage increased from 3200 UAH to UAH 3723.
Up to 4 thousand hryvnia now receive up to 15.4%. Last year, the number of employees was 24.4 percent. The share of employees with a salary of 8-10 thousand UAH for the year increased from 9.4% to 11%. Relatively stable is the indicator of employees with salaries 6-8 thousand UAH. By the end of June they were 15.2 per cent as against 15.5 percent a year earlier.
Note, as of Thursday, August 16, the United States dollar at the exchange rate of the national Bank worth UAH against 25,59 27,44 – last year, that is, the dollar is worth 7.2% more.
