According to him, lawyers have found a formula how to do this optimally and quickly.

President Petro Poroshenko declared that will insist on retaining in the Constitution the aspirations to join the EU and to join NATO.

The head of state said during a parade for Independence Day.

“Lawyers have found a formula how to do this optimally and quickly. Prior to the opening session of the Verkhovna Rada, which is scheduled for September 4, will file the bill”, – said Poroshenko.
