In September, the city still hopes to conclude an agreement with Naftogaz for gas supplies.
KCSA together with “Naftogaz” narabotalo algorithm of actions for compromise solutions that will allow you to restore the gas supply and return to the house hot water.
This was stated by Deputy Chairman of KSCA Peter Panteleev at the briefing today, August 28.

He noted that if the debt will be paid of the state to Kyivenergo in the amount of UAH 729 million (for the difference in tariffs), this will open the way for a legitimate solution to the issue of the agreement with “Naftogaz”.
KSCA drawn to the Cabinet with a call to amend the Executive order to close the obligations of the city before “Kyivenergo” at the expense of subventions.
On 29 August, said Panteleyev, the algorithm will run in action. If tomorrow a decision will be made in the Cabinet, the city and Naftogaz to conclude an agreement – on September 15-16. As to the date of occurrence of hot water in the taps, Panteleev did not name a specific number.
At KCSA has previously accused “Naftogaz” in blackmail and said that the city will not assume the debt of “Kyivenergo”. The city now takes the assets “Kyivenergo”, which were in the private sector in the management of Kiev. “Naftogaz” expresses the succession of debts and penalties.
