Ukrgidromettsentr warned Kiev about possible thunderstorms and strong winds in the capital on August 29.

“In the capital in the next hour and hold till end of day thunderstorm. In the city partly cloudy, rain, with gusts of wind will reach 15-20 m/s”, – is spoken in the message.

With such warning, forecasters were yesterday, but on August 28 in Kiev, the storm was not.
