According to the publication, in the drafting of the document took part the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrey Artemenko member of the faction of the Radical party.
This information was perceived negatively in the native faction Artemenko. So, the leader of the radicals Oleg Lyashko called Artemenko to lay down the mandate and stressed that the position of his colleagues – personal and not shared by other members of the faction.

According to Tymoshenko, every Deputy who puts forward some suggestions for the “legalization of the occupation or about the legalization of those bands that have captured today the Ukrainian territory in the East,” such members “should respond to the Ukraine.”
The President’s representative in Parliament Arthur Gerasimov, in turn, stressed that the actions Artemenko is the Kremlin.
