So, the interior Ministry explained that the Russian judicial and law enforcement authorities supposedly issued a warrant for the arrest of Yatsenyuk, blamed his so-called “participation in an armed gang”, “the deliberate murder of two or more persons committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons” and “attempt at a premeditated murder of two or more persons committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons”.

Also note that the request of the Russian Interpol formed according to the arrest warrant Yatsenyuk, supposedly issued by the city court of Yessentuki in Stavropol Krai of the Russian Federation on March 3, 2017. Russian investigators allegedly suspect Yatsenyuk is that he, with fire from Kalashnikov assault rifles, allegedly killed 30 and wounded 13 Russian soldiers during the fighting in Grozny of the Chechen Republic.

“This, according to the Russian investigation, happened when Yatsenyuk was allegedly “a member of an armed gang “Dream” and with her “took part in attacks on the Russian military in military units of Russia on the territory of the “Presidential Palace” square “Minutka” and train station “Grozny” in the period from 31 December 1994 to 2 January 1995,” said the interior Ministry.

In response to actions of the Russian Federation Ministry of internal Affairs has reminded that this year on April 20 the head of Department Arsen Avakov has sent an official letter to the Secretary-General of Interpol jürgen Stock.

“In a letter to the Minister set out well-known, more than convincing facts and arguments, testifying to obvious groundlessness of the accusations against the citizen of Ukraine Yatsenyuk. In particular, Arsen Avakov assured the Secretary General of Interpol that Yatsenyuk had never been to Chechnya, did not take part in any armed conflicts, Russian investigators specified period lived, studied and worked at the place of his birth on the territory of Ukraine”, — said the interior Ministry.

“This assessment of Russia’s actions in relation to Yatsenyuk, noted in a letter to the Minister, is the official public position of the state of Ukraine, in particular, the position of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of justice of Ukraine. So, the Ministry of justice of Ukraine officially appealed to all democratic countries and the European court of human rights with the requirement to refrain from recognition of decisions taken by the Russian authorities and courts in respect of A. P. Yatsenuk”, — explained in the Ministry.

Accordingly, the Ministry of internal Affairs hope that Interpol take “into account the position of Ukraine and ban the use of possibilities and mechanisms of the Interpol inspired by the Russian party of political persecution Yatsenyuk”.

We will remind, in September 2015, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin said that the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk in the middle of 1990-ies fought against the Armed forces of the Russian Federation as part of the punitive detachment in Chechnya.

And recently, the court arrested in absentia former Prime Minister of Ukraine and leader of the party “national front” Arseniy Yatsenyuk. In Russia he is accused of “atrocities” during the war in Chechnya.

The decision to arrest was taken Essentuki city court of Stavropol region of the Russian Federation, taking into account the resolution of the investigator of the Main investigation Department of the TFR in the North Caucasian Federal district. The foreign Ministry of Ukraine is a solution called absurd.
