Poltorak signed a decree on conscription of reserve officers for service in the armed forces
The Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak signed a decree on conscription of reserve officers for military service in the Armed forces of Ukraine.
This was announced by the chief of the Department staff – Deputy chief of staff of the General staff of the armed forces Artur Artemenko.

“Five minutes ago I received information that the Minister signed an order on conscription officer of the reserve military service at the call. Now the order will be sent to the Ministry of justice. The term of conscription is 18 months,” Artemenko said at a briefing.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that in Ukraine have changed the rules of conscription for military service. The adopted law stipulates that local self-government bodies, heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations, including educational institutions, regardless of their place of stay in Ukraine and the presence of administrative-territorial units, military commissariats will be required at the request of the commissariats to inform recruits and conscripts about their calling in the military.
