The Rada Committee on national security recommended to the deputies to support the draft law on the Donbass
The parliamentary Committee on national security and defence recommended that Parliament support the bill on local self-government (No. 7164) in General and reintegration project (No. 7163) in the first reading with the amendment.

It is noted that such decision of the Committee voted 8 MPs, that is, the majority of those present.
The Committee recommends that the revised bill No. 7164, as amended, was made by Poroshenko.
In addition recommended the adoption in the first reading clarifying bill No. 7163. In particular, throughout the text of the document will be cleared of all provisions, which referred to the Minsk agreements, replacing them with the resolution of the UN security Council.

The document proposes temporarily, for a period ending one year from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On creation of necessary conditions for peaceful settlement of the situation in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”, enter the special order of local government in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
