Tusk argues that after the proclamation of independence for Catalonia, the EU will not change anything

The President of the European Council Donald Tusk said that after the proclamation of the independence of Catalonia to the EU, nothing changes.

He said this in a private Twitter.

“For the EU, nothing changes. Spain remains our only mediator. I hope that the Spanish government will use the force of argument, not argument of force,” – said Tusk.
