Business on vegetables. Greenhouses provide the Ukrainians only one fifth
Domestic greenhouse production supplies only a fifth of domestic demand, and the consumption of these vegetables will only grow 3-5 times in the next five years.
In Ukrainian greenhouses grow more than just tomatoes and cucumbers – 50% and 44% respectively. Such data are the Ministry of agrarian policy and food, said the plot of the program “snidanok z “1+1”.
Analysts estimate that a new, modern greenhouse, with a margin of 35%, it is necessary to invest 5 million euros. Most revenue will bring the cultivation of fennel and cucumbers.
