The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed the companies UKROAGRO ALLIANCE LTD and KMA GROUP LTD to acquire a stake in the share capital of the company DNIPRO AGRO ALLIANCE LTD owned by the investment Fund of the people’s Deputy Vitaly Homutynnik.
